As an artist I find inspiration for my work in people, animals, and nature. I express the drama inherent in every living thing through the use of light, movement, and composition. I continue to learn about the people and world around me through observation and reflection, and I love sharing that with others.

I have been drawing and painting as long as I can remember and I bring the same enthusiasm to everything I make whether it’s needlework, cooking, building, or crafting. Why does anyone create? For me, it fills a desire to express myself, find peace and tranquility in the process of creating, and because it’s fun.
